Agreement

By purchasing or using Near Me Growth Co. services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our services.

Services

Near Me Growth Co. provides done-for-you Google Business Profile management services, including posts, photo uploads, review management support, Q&A/profile optimization, ranking support, and reporting. Near Me Growth Co. may also offer related response-management services such as call answering, lead qualification, appointment booking support, missed-call recovery, and follow-up.

To deliver services, you must provide accurate business information and grant appropriate Google Business Profile manager access. We will never ask for your Google account password.

Subscription and Billing

Near Me Search Dominance is a month-to-month subscription billed at the price displayed at checkout. For the current checkout offer, the displayed price is $497 per month.

24/7 Growth Concierge, if accepted as an optional upgrade or upsell, is a separate month-to-month subscription billed at the price displayed on the upgrade page. For the current upgrade offer, the displayed price is $2,500 per month.

• Billing begins on the date of purchase.
• Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled.
• Failed payments may result in paused service.
• Additional products, upgrades, or upsells are billed separately if accepted.

Cancellation

You may cancel any active month-to-month service any time by emailing [email protected] with your business name and cancellation request. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.

Guarantee

The “Top 3 in Google Maps within 30-45 days or we keep working free” guarantee is a continued-service guarantee, not a cash refund. If your Google Business Profile does not reach a top-3 ranking for the agreed primary keyword/location within the guarantee period after access is confirmed, we continue providing service at no additional monthly charge until the stated target is reached.

The guarantee may be void if manager access is not provided, if the profile is suspended or penalized for reasons outside our service, if conflicting changes are made by the client or third parties, or if the selected market/search condition does not allow a normal top-3 comparison.

Refund Policy

All sales are final after service has commenced. If you contact us within 48 hours of your first charge and service has not yet started, we may issue a full refund. After the 48-hour window or service commencement, the guarantee applies as continued service rather than a cash refund.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services are performed on third-party platforms, including Google. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google may change policies, algorithms, or platform features at any time.

Call Answering and Lead Handling

If you purchase 24/7 Growth Concierge or any related response-management service, you agree to provide accurate service-area rules, booking preferences, escalation contacts, disqualification rules, and any required access or routing details. We are not responsible for outcomes caused by inaccurate routing instructions, unavailable calendars, disconnected numbers, third-party carrier issues, or client-side delays.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Near Me Growth Co.’s liability for claims related to our services is limited to the fees paid by you during the three months preceding the claim.
